What kind of photo works best?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo that shows everyone you want to include. We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to 5 MB. Your image must be at least 600 pixels wide and 600 pixels tall.

Can I see my portrait before I pay?

Yes. Review your portrait and message before approving your design and continuing to checkout. The preview is an illustration of your design; the crystal and lighting can affect how the finished piece looks.

How big is the crystal?

The cube measures 3 inches wide, 3 inches tall, and 3 inches deep (76.2 mm on each side).

Does adding a message cost extra?

No. A personal message is included in the $99 price. Place it at the top or bottom of your portrait and choose Modern, Classic, or Script lettering.
